I didn’t think London would get it, but it did! Now comes ten years of moaning and complaining about wasting British taxpayers’ money, mostly from people who just don’t like any major events or fun things.

no hon, mostly from those same taxpayers who'll be footing the bill (we haven't got over the millennium dome horror yet!). Apparently the plan is to increase council tax. thanks for that
