Hungry! And unfit!

Well, I’ve been trying to be healthier the last week. Which basically means having a tiny breakfast – even if it is just a pear – and trying to bike up to the gym and do a workout. Admittedly I’ve only done it once this week – and cycling up the hill to the gym damn near wore me out anyway!

However, the snag with having a breakfast is that by 12pm, I’m ravenously hungry again. Which makes absolutely no sense to me. How am I going to lose weight if I have a breakfast – which everyone tells me to do! – but then that prompts my body to want to eat more? Ach!
